I was expecting the sand volleyball courts to be a lot more enjoyable, but they just felt a bit neglected. The sand seemed uneven, the lines were hard to make out, and overall it didn’t really make for a fun game. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but it felt like the courts could use some upkeep...

I spent way too long driving around trying to find a spot, and there were barely any nearby. The whole parking mess felt avoidable, honestly. It made the visit annoying enough that I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I brought my kids here over the weekend hoping it would be a fun, family-friendly stop, but something just felt off. There were loud adults hanging around the bar, and my kids kept getting pushed to the side like they didn’t really belong there. The staff didn’t seem too concerned either. We ended up leaving early because it just wasn’t the vibe I expected for families.

Umm, the check-in process was slow and confusing. We ended up waiting way too long before anyone actually came over to help us...

I was really hoping to have a fun time in the arcade, but it ended up being disappointing because a few of the machines froze in the middle of playing, some of the buttons barely worked or didn’t respond at all, and one machine just took my credits without letting me play, and even though the staff did try to help, it was still annoying enough that I don’t think I’d come back here just for the arcade games.

I went here with a few friends and we had a okay time overall. Nothing was really wrong with the place, but once we paid for bowling, shoe rentals, and a couple snacks, the total added up fast. It’s a decent spot, just not anything super special for the price. I’d probably go back if they had a deal or discount night, but at the regular price, it doesn’t feel like the best value...

Went bowling here the scoring system was kind of a mess. It missed pins, randomly added weird scores, and the staff had to come reset our lane twice. After a while, nobody really trusted what the screen was saying, so it took the fun out of the game a bit. The place itself seemed fun, but yeah, the scoring was way too unreliable for me.

We had my kid’s birthday party here last weekend, it was disappointing. From the time we checked in, the staff seemed a little unsure of what was going on, and it took a while to get things moving. The food showed up much later than we expected, and by the time it finally came out, we felt like we were already being rushed through the rest of the party. The kids did have fun bowling for a bit, which was the one good part, but for what we paid, I really expected things to be smoother. I don’t think we’d book another party here

We booked Pinheads for a small corporate night, it just wasn’t the right fit for what I’d expect from a work event.

The place was loud, things felt a bit unorganized, and our group had to keep asking basic questions just to figure out what was going on. I don’t need everything to be fancy, but I do expect a work gathering to run smoothly and make it easy to keep everyone together.

It might be totally fine for a casual night out with friends or family, but for a company event, I wouldn’t book it again. It ended up being more hassle than it should’ve been...

League night ended up being frustrating. The lanes kept stopping, the scores were getting messed up, and we had to keep tracking someone down for help, which got old fast. It felt like way too much effort just to get through a normal night of bowling. For what it costs every week, I don’t think it was worth it

I’ll admit I’m a little biased because I really do like this place overall, so I wanted the experience to be smoother than it was. The vibe is fun, and it’s the kind of spot I’d normally be happy to come back to, but the lane situation was frustrating.
We checked online before heading over and still ended up waiting way longer than we expected once we got there. It seemed like parties and leagues had taken up most of the lanes, which I totally understand, but I wish that had been clearer before we made the drive.

The staff was friendly and seemed like they were doing what they could, so I don’t really blame them. I just probably wouldn’t go again on a busy night unless I called first to make sure there’s actually a lane available.

I was disappointed with this order. The food showed up cold and didn’t have much flavor at all. The fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while, the pizza was soggy, and the soda was totally flat. Like, how does everything miss the mark?? If you’re actually hungry, I’d probably skip this place. I ended up more annoyed than anything.

The lanes themselves were okay, but the rest of the place kind of ruined it for us. The tables were sticky, there were food bits on the floor, and the bathrooms were gross. We also kept getting different answers from staff when we asked basic questions, which was frustrating and made it feel like nobody really knew what was going on. The atmosphere wasn’t great either, too loud in an annoying way, the staff seemed over it, and the whole place just felt tired. We ended up leaving earlier than we planned.

I got my prize in the end, so all good. It did take a little waiting, waiting, but nothing too bad.

Trying to book was frustrating. The site froze on me twice, and after all that, my lane still didn’t get saved. Then I kept getting these aggressive reminders like I hadn’t already tried to finish the reservation. Not a great experience...

I was looking forward to the band, but the whole thing felt off. They started late, and once they finally got going, the sound was so muddy it was hard to enjoy. I don’t know if that’s on the band or the person running sound, but someone definitely dropped the ball because it made the night way less fun than it should’ve been.

I rented shoes there they were gross kind of. They smelled really bad, and inside they looked dirty like they had not been cleaned well at all. I wore them because I had to, but never again for me.

We mainly went for the arcade, it was disappointing. Not a lot of games to choose from. A few looked older too, or just weren’t that fun to play. We wandered around for maybe 10 minutes and were already over it. Bowling might be okay there, but the arcade definitely wasn’t worth the trip for us.

A friend had recommended this place, so we decided to grab a table out on the patio, but it was disappointing. The tables weren’t clean, the service was super slow, and it felt like no one really cared. We ended up leaving frustrated and annoyed. I don’t think I’d come back or recommend it to anyone else.
